Return Policy
- 7-Day Returns: You have 7 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
- Return Criteria: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
- Initiating Returns: Please reach out to contact@k-tamin.com to start. Returned items should be sent to: 22 Thoreau St. Concord MA 01742. Unauthorized returns won't be accepted.
Damaged/Wrong Items
- Report defects, damages, or wrong items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Required for Claims: Order Number, Pictures of Package, Damaged/Wrong Items, and Damaged Parts.
- We'll cover shipping for exchanges/refunds of faulty items.
Missing Items
- Report missing items within 7 days of receipt.
- Needed for Claims: Order Number and Pictures of Opened Package.
- Verified missing items will be promptly dispatched.
Returned Items
- Unclaimed packages due to wrong/insufficient address or unavailability won't be refunded. Check your address details before checkout.
- Claims on returned packages are viable only within 2 months of delivery.
