I ordered three boxes, and I think this is one of the best probiotics I've ever used. With other probiotics with a high CFU, I often have a lot of digestive issues. Yet, I feel so much better overall with Dr. Bear Diet Probiotics—less bloated!

Regarding weight loss, as I am on day 22 of taking the product, I have lost about 3 pounds. I feel like my "food noise" is gone. I don't really think too much about eating, and I am not super hungry like I used to be. It has curbed some cravings. I still want sweets occasionally, like gummy bears, but outside of that, I am eating healthier, drinking a lot more water, and feeling satisfied longer.
