Regarding weight loss, as I am on day 22 of taking the product, I have lost about 3 pounds. I feel like my "food noise" is gone. I still want sweets occasionally, like gummy bears, but outside of that, I am eating healthier, drinking a lot more water, and feeling satisfied longer.
